Return Policy

Purchased item(s) may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Please present purchase receipt with returned item(s). Item(s) must be returned in as-sold condition within associated packaging to receive a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping & handling charges. 

Item(s) returned damaged, devalued, or incomplete, may subject you to pay for the damage/loss or the item(s) will be returned to you with no partial or full refund at your expense. 

Non-returnable items include reeds, harmonicas, recorders, melodicas, penny whistles, kazoos, digital products, and consignments.
